Back to Kenya!

I’m typing as fast as I can to head out the door for my flight(s) to Kenya.  For the next 30 yours or so, I will be traveling to one of my most beloved ministry destinations in the world!

All of our pastors and leaders will meet me in Kitale, Kenya on Monday for a time of training, encouragement, and ministry evaluations/adjustments.  These are priceless times for us.  Sitting knee-to-knee and looking into each other’s eyes enhances our communication exponentially over emails and texts.  If you can’t see my eyes, read my facial expressions and hear my tone, it is very hard for me to speak often hard things into your life.  Pray for the travel.  It never gets easier, it never gets shorter, and my body is NEVER going to get any younger!

Oh, by the way…if you hear reports of our Kenyan pastors/evangelists dressed in ultra-expensive clothes around the slums of Kenya, IT IS TRUE!  But read the first edition of my prayer journal (attached) before you judge them too harshly
